Cancellation and refund requests
Contact support if you want to cancel an order, request a refund or report a payment issue.
How to contact us
Email info@aiftd.com with your order number, checkout email address and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or sign-in codes.
Payment or access problem
If you were charged more than once, or a confirmed purchase has not provided access, contact us before placing another order. We will check the payment and test-credit records.
Refund handling
We review each request in light of the payment status, whether access was provided or used, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method; the arrival time depends on the payment provider and bank.
